Led by Sheikh Mohamed Elsedawy, Qur’an academy starts soon on the 13th of September, 2025
Mission
To enable and facilitate Qur’an recitation and memorisation—fluently—for all Muslims in Berkshire (“Ummah Al-Qur’an”).
Who We Serve
Open to Men, Women, Boys, and Girls with grouped classes and private sessions. We operate 6 days a week (Monday off), 28 classes of learning weekly.
*Time table will be shared once registration is closed.
Tajweed (Group of 10-15)
* Structure: 2 terms/year; each term is 6 months, once per week
* Curriculum: 13 Tajweed chapters + 3 mid-term revisions + 2 final revisions + final pass/fail exam
Recitation (Group of 10-15)
* Focus on fluent, beautiful tilāwah with rules applied.
* Level check on entry (administered by the Masjid administration).
Hifdh - Memorisation (5-year programme)
* 10 groups / 3 levels:
- Beginners (8 classes)
- Intermediate (1 class)
- Advanced (1 class):
* Admission test for Memorisation determines placement will be held on the 13th & 14th of Sept 2025.
Private (Men only)
Short 30-minute post-prayer slots available 6 days/week.

Fees
• £20 per programs per calendar monthly via direct debit
• If you subscribe for 2 programs, you will pay £30 per calendar monthly via direct debit
• If you subscribe for the 3 programs, you will pay £45 per calendar monthly via direct debit
• Siblings and families will have the same discount; 2 members of the same family will pay £30 per calendar monthly per program and 3 members of the same family will pay £45 per calendar monthly per program and 4 members of the same family will pay £60 per calendar monthly per program.
